Yoga + Meditation
Our classes are designed for beginner to intermediate levels. We cater for all fitness levels and Yoga experience. Classes are 75 mins and include:
- All mats and props (blankets, straps and blocks). Your instructor will advise which props are required.
- 15 mins of Pranayama (breathing techniques) + Meditation are incorporated into each class.
All our instructors are fully qualified.

Yoga is not about touching your toes nor do it matter how flexible you are! Experience the benefits of this ancient practice.
