SUP is perfect for everyone of all fitness levels and abilities. If surfing is maybe a little too daunting, then SUP is for you! 


Package includes:

- 60 minute SUP hire + intro lesson.

- Safety and what to look out for with the conditions and location

- Basic board handling

- Basic paddle techniques

- All boards and wetsuits (if required).

- Fully qualified instructors.
